Account & data deletion
Delete your
PocketFi account.
Two ways to do it. Both delete the same things. Pick whichever is easier.
Recommended
In the app

Open Account
From the bottom nav, tap the Account tab.

Open Settings
Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.

Delete account
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Confirm with your Google sign-in.
If you can't sign in
By email

From the same Google address you used to sign in, email hello@pocketfi.app.

We'll respond within 7 days with a deletion confirmation.
What we delete
Your Firebase Auth record
Every transaction, wallet, budget, bookmark and goal
All receipt images you uploaded
Your membership in any shared wallet
Crashlytics logs tied to your user ID
Backups (purged within 30 additional days)
Note: Shared wallets you created with other members are reassigned to a remaining member, or deleted if you were the only one. Entries other members have already seen on their devices remain in their local app history.
